Sales & Customer Support Associate

The Sales & Customer Support Associate helps customers place orders, understand product options, and receive timely delivery updates. The role also supports enquiries for beekeeping tools, training, and consultancy services while maintaining clear customer records.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, and website channels.
  • Confirm product availability, delivery details, and payment follow-up.
  • Prepare weekly customer feedback and sales activity summaries.
  • Coordinate service enquiries with field and management teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer support, or order coordination.
  • Clear written and spoken communication in English and Kiswahili.
  • Comfortable using digital tools for tracking orders and customer details.
