Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, and website channels.
- Confirm product availability, delivery details, and payment follow-up.
- Prepare weekly customer feedback and sales activity summaries.
- Coordinate service enquiries with field and management teams.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer support, or order coordination.
- Clear written and spoken communication in English and Kiswahili.
- Comfortable using digital tools for tracking orders and customer details.
