Apiary Training Associate
The Apiary Training Associate works with farmer groups and field teams to strengthen practical beekeeping skills. The role includes preparing training sessions, assisting with hive inspections, recording field observations, and helping farmers apply safe, productive hive management routines.
Responsibilities
- Support farmer training sessions and field demonstrations.
- Assist with hive setup, inspection, treatment, and harvest readiness visits.
- Document farmer attendance, hive condition notes, and field follow-up actions.
- Coordinate equipment needs with the operations team before field visits.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of beekeeping or agricultural extension work.
- Comfortable working with farmer groups in rural field settings.
- Strong communication, record keeping, and follow-up skills.
